Skilled Trainer: Rowan is better than most when it comes to training those he works with in one-on-one scenarios, despite his young age. The boy reads every existing bit of info on those he works with, then creates scenarios where he believes he can push them to the max. Because of his incredible work ethic, he has brought many Cadets to the rank of Trainer, and made the climb from Cadet to Captain in record time.

Kinetic Charging: Lvl 1. Rowan is capable of storing built-up kinetic energy into any objects he touches. The more energy he has built up, the easier it is to store in many things at one time, or to overload a single, large object. Anything filled with Rowan's kinetic energy begins to glow a bright wide, and explodes with violent force at a time of his choosing.
Lvl 2. Now, anything that Rowan has charged with his own kinetic energy can also be telekinetically manipulated. This permits him to control his explosives with his mind, gaining throw distance and course correction, among other things. Telekinetically manipulating too many objects at once is a considerable mental strain on Rowan's mind at this point in time.
Dematerializer: Lvl 1. A personalized gadget worn on Rowan's left arm that is capable of several things: first, it can store any excess kinetic energy his body cannot handle within itself; secondly, it provides him with a method of fighting should he run out of his basic explosives; and third, depending on the amount of kinetic energy stored, can fire a blast that will toast your broad or compeletely eradicate an entire concrete wall.
Undaunted: Lvl 1. Rowan lives in pain, being surrounded by explosives all his life. This has developed into a natural gift that enables his body to take far more than someone like him normally should. Buffs End by one grade.
