Kaiser is a tall man with a rather lean but toned physique. His skin is rather pale, his hair white as snow, and his eyes blood red. His skin is mostly blemish and scar-free due to his natural healing ability. However, there is a large scar across his torso from when he fought against Vivi, where she dealt a decisive blow that put him down.

Occupation: Ex-RIOT Elite, Captain

Personality: Once a pompous and condescending man, Nero has chilled out considerably since his days as a RIOT Elite. He's a man who talks with a rather poetic nature, possessing quite a flair for the dramatic in most aspects of his life. His flowery nature tends to make people underestimate him, or make it hard for them to get a handle on him. He very rarely says anything in a more 'normal' manner. He's also quite fond of memes, constantly sending them to Mikey at the most inopportune times.

On the flipside, when Kaiser becomes serious, his words and action become more piercing. He turns relentless, dropping all pretenses of humor as he puts his all into the situation at hand. This happens on the most rare of occasions, as Kaiser hasn't been serious since the events that took over 552 years ago.

There are very few people he cares for left in the world. Besides Mikey and his sister Bianca, there was a girl in New York he grew to care for immensely. But ever since she died, he has become rather detached.

Background: Not much is known about Nero in the public records. He grew up with a twisted family who had imprisoned himself and his sisters, and after literally crawling through blood to make it out alive, he and Bianca went on to lead a gang known as The Kings. After a couple of years with them, he was picked up by RIOT for his unique abilities, becoming one of their Elite in record time. While he never agreed with their methods, he had become good friends with another Elite known as Mikey, the only person he truly respected in that entire organization.

Together along with another Elite known as Ty, they strived to bring the entirety of Public High School #552 to its knees. Despite dealing harsh blows to the student populace, the three were eventually defeated after constant battles, with Ty losing his life at the hands of Macht Starke. Kaiser himself had assaulted the base of the resistance known as AURA, led by Shugo Yuy. Together with aid from Vivi Eris, they had brought down Kaiser, but not without consequence.

Mikey had been taken to jail, but Kaiser's injuries were so terrible that he had to be taken to the hospital first. After recovering enough, he would escape and go into hiding until a fearsome gang known as Orochi arrived a year later. As it was a gang that even RIOT feared, Kaiser worked to help Mikey break out of jail so they could regroup, resorting to even teaming up with most of their former opponents from 552. The oncoming battle was fierce, and many people had died. With Orochi taken out of the equation at last, RIOT's remnants were starting to make their moves, but Kaiser wanted nothing of it. He went into hiding, while the others were wiped out.

He lived on Hyperion's base, Helios, for a long time with Bianca before it was sieged by Alymira. The two of them escaped, before eventually being found and taken to Melbourne, where Kaiser was brought on as a Captain for his ability and experience.

Skills and Weaknesses: +Good at catching his opponents off-guard. Kaiser's fighting style is very unpredictable, as is his demeanor in and out of combat. It's hard to get a proper read on him, and you never know what will lead into an attack or what's merely a ruse.

+Incredibly durable. Kaiser's already high defense is further augmented by his blood shell, making it very difficult to hurt him. In turn, this makes him last far longer in battle than most of his opponents. If he can't beat them outright, he can outlast them.

+Excellent at exploiting enemy weaknesses. If Kaiser sees any flaws in his opponent's actions, he'll take advantage of it. He's incredibly perceptive, and will not hesitate to capitalize on it. It could give him the win, while exposing his opponent's weakness to them so that they may improve on it for the next time.

+Fights with honor. He doesn't like to strike a downed opponent, and tries to make things as fair as possible. Most of the time, he won't even use his weapons if his opponent is unarmed.

-Very direct. If it comes down to close-quarters combat, Kaiser's attacks are very direct and rather telegraphed. This means if someone catches on, they can maneuver around him and avoid his attacks up close. This puts him at a disadvantage against faster opponents with higher perception especially.

-His honor can put him at a disadvantage against the wrong opponents. If Kaiser isn't knowingly fighting to the death, they can use his chivalry against him to gain the upper hand.

-His mobility slows down when under higher defense. His blood shell is heavy, so it forces him to tank attacks. If his shell can't hold out, he'll take the brunt of the attack.

-Blood recovery. If for some reason he can't get his blood back into his system after using it, Kaiser's at a disadvantage as he needs to replenish it overtime. It'll leave him in a weakened state if he loses too much.

Gifts: Bloodline Rebellion - Kaiser's blood seems to have a mind of its own, and he manipulates it to his will. He is able to use it as a weapon, while simultaneously protecting himself with it. It's saved him from many wounds that would kill anyone else, and as such, given him a sort of a invincible air as he's known as the immortal Blood King in the underworld.

Crimson Scourge: Kaiser weaponizes his blood in various ways to fight against his opponents. The most common is forming blades of blood from his wrists. He can use them to attack or defend, and their density and sharpness is incredible despite their nature. He can also shoot it out of his arm for low-damaging ranged attack.

Shield of the Blood King: In the most dire situations, Kaiser can expel his blood out to cover his entire body with it, hardening immediately to tank blows. This armor makes him much more difficult to fight, and he can still be on the offensive when utilizing it. Powerful enough attacks can crack it and damage him within. Raises his Endurance by 1 tier when in use.

King's Arsenal: Kaiser can utilize his blood in various, unexpected ways. One such way is firing his blood out in a whip-like state, using it to grapple onto objects or even other people, pulling himself or his opponent and closing the distance much quicker. He can also use it to grab people or things and throw them. Because this bitch empty.
