Appearance: Shin looks relatively normal - with a healthy weight and average height, the dark haired young man's most defining features would most likely be the two protruding blue horns on his forehead. Peaking out from beneath his hair, they're accentuated by the unnatural blue coloration around his eyes.

Personality: Bred to understand and integrate himself into a(ny) Militaristic hierarchy, Shin doesn't have much in the way of a personality when he's in 'business mode'. Brief sentences and curt mannerisms that betray any indication that he might be emotionally invested, the only time he shows any sort of curiosity or interest in the things around him are typically when he's off the clock.

Background: Originating from a country steeped in war, Shin was one of many orphans who were used and abused during the worst of it. He was shuffled into a regime, forced to live as a child soldier and didn't have much in the way of any say in his life. He breathed to fight, ate to fight and fought to survive.

Among one of the orphans was a unique girl who, under the command of the ones that owned them- "subdued" Shin and many other children. While all of them were listed officially as KIA, Shin was a survivor who was subjected to experiments within a splinter cell while the military itself was defeated. This small sect of diligent scientists and ex-military officials continued their struggle to make a supersoldier to replace the one they'd lost, resulting in "5H1N".

Months after, Shin was sent to the Institute under the guise of compulsory attendence as a Gifted.

Danger Intuition [Level 1]: Shin's life was saved due to the procedure done to him, which gave him this unique Gifted ability as a result. At level one he's able to sense nearing danger as long as it involves him - the intuition warns him of things such as sneak attacks or if his life is in danger, while lesser threats tend to fly under the radar.

Octo-Cloak [Level 1]: At level one, Shin's tactical cloak can provide temporary invisibility while he remains still. It refracts light in order to work correctly, so any intense movement causes him to become more visible as the light distorts unnaturally around him.
