Description: Average height, average weight- medium length brown hair framing his 'could be better' face. Under normal circumstances, Finn would almost never stand out in a crowd. Ironically enough, his Gift is what draws the most attention to him. After living the earlier years of his life oblivious to the fact he even had a Gift, Finn eventually was recruited into the institute one way or another; where he did alright and slowly moved up the ladder without any real incidents. Despite his spotless (and boring) record, Finn got the short stick and was shuffled into Squad Charon due to his "team synergy".

The idea that no one else wanted to lead a bunch of serial killers and misfits so the Captain outcast got stuck with them? No way.


Averageness
Finn is average at everything. He's so average, in fact, that his main gift also affects those within close proximity (5 feet) of him. As if he were a walking equalizer, the people near him begin to 'lose their touch' in the things they take pride in. Fast runners become slower, amazing painters become marginally less skilled and feats of strength become a whole lot more underwhelming. This carries as many cons as it does pros, which is probably the reason he ended up having to deal with.. well, a bunch of cons. He, himself, is never exempt of this- though the nature in which it takes effect is certainly a more peculiar case.

Nine Tail
Taking the appearance of a small black hilt when deactivated, 'Nine Tail' is a unique piece of institute technology that takes the form of a sword when switched on. The blade is a vibrant bright green color, humming with a mysterious energy as ethereal wisps of energy leak out from the hilt. When something is slashed with Nine Tail, the sword can transmit the slash through objects anywhere where Finn can see. There's a total of nine "tail" wisps, and each slash removes one. Once they are all used, Finn has to reload it for a post before he can use it again.

Thorough Training
Even if he's seemingly "average at everything he does", Finn was pushed unreasonably in his training as a result to gain the strength his body has now. This adds a +1 tier buff to Finn's Endurance.
