Sugoi reaches to an average height of 5'6. She has a slim, yet curvaceous body. She weighs 135 lbs, and has some lean muscle, but not much. She has medium to dark ebony skin depending on the season. She has more mouse-like facial structure/features: a small mouse-like nose, a small heart-shaped face, round large and almond-shaped eyes that curves and slants, small narrow forehead, and naturally straight yet, flat hair that appears white with tiny hints of blonde and silver.
She holds this hair with a black rubber band towards the end of the strands, making her shaggy hair into a ponytail.
Sugoi’s most easiest abnormal physical feature to spot is her long ears. These ears poke outward through her long hair and are a few inches long. This is due to a deformity tied in with her gifts. A strange feature of Sugoi that is not so noticeable is her triangular shaped fingernails. This is due to the extensive amount of time she spends trying to push them to grow. Yes, they are nice to look at but are great to cut people with.

Sugoi's seems to wear a a lot of ethnic related clothing of all sorts. She occasionally doesn't dress always so...skimpy, but most of the time she does. She wears a red, long, strapless, beaded gown. The gown has slits up to her hips on each side(never said she was pure). She wears various beads and sashes under her breasts. Then black socks that cover her entire feet and calves, but not toes. She wears matching arm sleeves that do not cover her fingers. On her feet, are sandals.

Sugoi is rather a blunt and angry sort of person. She doesn't mind communicating with others, but rather be alone in most instances. She could either do or do without most certain people and likes to distance herself from other due to the amount of neglect she had from her childhood. She is more of an ambivert than anything, but definitely has introverted qualities when mentally unstable.
She is highly intelligent and does well in her studies of academics or gift studies. She is incredibly tactical and stoic. Always studying others, but has a huge lack of common sense. You could tell her to go left and she'd go right. She has a knack of doing things the hard way and that has always been her main issue. She is an anarchist and rebel, even though she'd never admitted, simply again, because she'd rather be the opposite of what you'd say. She is also rather naive and can be easily manipulated by others' words if she let's you get close.
Sugoi is a sweet girl when not angry or telling people off. She can be very quirky and has a nice side undeniably. Have a few conversations with her or speak with her for a moment and she'll giggle just like most young women. She just tends to push people away. She enjoys writing/books, sleeping, sparring/fighting, and cooking in her free time.

Sugois's parents were a married couple who resided in Japan. Her father, was a soldier stationed in Japan. Her mother, a woman who stayed at home for the most and took on odd jobs. Her parents were together for a long period of time due, to her father's position.
There isn't much about Sugoi's parents that they shared to others, but the two came from very bad households and said the minimum. Even so, Sugoi's father was the more twisted one as his job caused him to kill. He was warped and became more warped. He was smart, however, his comrades were aware of his anger issues. But they didn't realize how much he....inflicted it onto others per say.
Now, this was a trend on very personal relationships, not on people in the military. He was too smart and intelligent and aware for that. Though people were very quite aware of the man getting angry. But this was more so at himself than people. He used this energy on the battlefield.
This was not in a killer sadistic way. It was more of him....letting his frustrations out on others hoping things could change(in that moment of release) for him and the poor soul(his wife). Or as a way of punishment hoping to better the poor soul(his daughter).
This daughter was Cadence "Sugoi" Armstrong.
Sugoi was nicknamed by her mother during her time of pregnant.
Sugoi's mother died at childbirth and her father always remembered that and held it against the child. Her father knew this was a very crazy thought and thus always kept it a secret.
The two would eventually return to America when Sugoi was a child.
But he belittled her constantly through physical and verbal means. It all lowered her self-esteem.
And she shared this strange way of warped thinking and emotional instability. TO A DEGREE. Sugoi wanted to please her father and make him happy. You'd think this would make her a masochist or possibly have PTSD, but it didn't. Instead, it'd made her have emotionally unstable and slightly insane. Moody likely, depressed at times, anxious, suicidal at times. But never too the point where she'd freak out from a bright light or gun shot. All of this made her happy. War-like. Violent. Megalomaniac.
Either way....
She started to have an obsession with combat and winning just like her father. Her father would beat her, if he didn't do something the way he liked during training. So, in a sense to avoid this, she'd work harder to please him. She began to have anger issues as she got older and became a bit of a loner. She'd get terribly angry with herself.
Sugoi would grow up in a well to do household. Her father went to work for the government as an engineer after the military. She went to school, but was an outcast due to her quirky personality and being easy to pick on.
Eventually, she'd see she would have a "gift". More of a reason for people to see her as a freak.
One day she'd awaken and see her father had killed herself.
He had written an angry letter towards her and the world and god and all those who were once in his life.
She felt good awful.
She was grown now. It was time for her to do something with her life. But at the same time she couldn't. Maybe she should join her father as well. But then she encountered someone. Someone who told her to go to "Australia"?? Australia of all places??
She'd turn towards the doors of Australia. The Institute. They needed people like her for space. Hmmm. Interesting.
