Appearance: Long, dark violet hair tied in a loose ponytail, a scar on either side of her cheek and one down her back (hidden by her clothes), sharp purple eyes, and a lean, muscular build. Kezrahi has more scars but is hidden by her clothes.
Occupation: The 34th Arhat and keeper of the legendary Kouten Sutra. She is also a spiritual advisor and one of the highest-ranking priests in Buddhism.
Personality: Kezrahi is an atypical priest, given that she smokes and drinks, and indulges in gambling like mahjong. She can be loud, brash, and can even curse if she’s pretty pissed but if needed, she can give the best advice there is. It may not be obvious when she’s drunk stupid but she hides a high perception and even higher IQ. But know she is kindly, because she at least greets you with "May the blessings of the gods be upon you".
Background:
Kezrahi is the 34th Arhat and current holder of the Kouten Sutra. She resided in a temple in Tibet, overseeing the spiritual welfare of the villages there. After hearing of the Astraeus Institute whilst drunk, Kerazhi thought that everyone in that institute needed spiritual guidance, especially after hearing that some of its members have gone through tough times. Packing her meager belongings, she then took part in the Institute, whilst telling the Three Aspects to “go fuck themselves”.
Skills and Weaknesses:
SKILLS
GIFTED MARTIAL ARTIST – Kezrahi didn’t get those muscles for nothing. Despite being a priest, she has great skill in martial arts, namely Hakkyoku-ken and Wushu.
SPIRITUAL ADVISOR – Given her status as a priest, Kezrahi had given many words of wisdom and advice to those who seek it, whether the problem is trivial or major.
HIGH INTELLIGENCE – She has high intelligence and has memorized all sutras, though she prefers the Kouten Sutra as this was given to her during her ordination as a priest. She has proven to have a photographic memory and an IQ of 115, but this sorely drops to 100 when she’s drunk.
RESILIENCE – whether it be alcohol or pain, this priestess has proven to be resilient and durable because of her rigorous training as a monk.
WEAKNESSES
BRAWN OVER BRAINS – Kezrahi uses violence to solve most of her problems, and this often leads her to trouble, even if she is a priest. She has become a magnet for trouble due to this.
ALCOHOLISM – She cannot live without alcohol, and has been dependent on it to the point when she drinks it more often than water or tea.
GAMBLING ADDICTION – Priests aren’t allowed to gamble, but Kezrahi doesn’t care. She had become so addicted to gambling that she will forego anything the moment she sees a casino.
CHAIN SMOKING – The little money she has left is spent on cigarettes, which had greatly affected her stamina. Years of smoking had made her prone to varous respiratory diseases, hence the reason she coughs when she speak at great length.
GIFTS:
The Beads of Samsara - this priest is still somewhat attuned to her faith, carrying red prayer beads with a total of 108 beads. With a quick prayer, these prayer beads can be used a whip which hits with the force of a sledgehammer. Despite its seemingly strong hit force, the range is very limited and requires Kezrahi to be close to her opponent, focusing only on offense instead of defense.
The Kouten Scripture - by reciting a lengthy prayer with her hands closed, Kezrahi can use the power of the Kouten Scripture, invoking the “Great Salvation” skill, which is signaled by a golden ring of light that envelop her as she chants. With the word "Purify", holy fire can be sent flying towards the target. Take note that Kezrahi is very vulnerable to attack as she cannot move while invoking the sutra’s power. Both meditation and sleep for one whole day is needed to restore her energy, otherwise invoking its power will kill her.
