Appearance: As typical of the men in the Stärke family, Mikey is tall and incredibly fit. Unlike Macht, Mikey has all of his limbs and both eyes, as well as a body free of scars. He's athletic, incredibly well-toned, and handsome. Of course, he has to be physically perfect when everything in his head is just cancerous or toxic.

Mikey likes to dress in form-fitting and/or revealing clothing, showing off his format any and all opportunities. His pants will be tight more often than not, and if he's not wearing a v-neck, he's wearing a button-down with most of the buttons undone. He might also smell of roses or some other aphrodisiac.

Mikey's hair is long and flowing, and incredibly well taken care of despite how lazy he is as a person. It falls past his shoulders and goes no shorter under any circumstances, and is always stylishly unkempt. If at all possible, he'll try to mix his flowing hair with his bedroom eyes for the ultimate playboy aesthetic.

Personality: Lackadaisical is one of the best words there is to describe Mikey. However, it doesn't paint a completely accurate picture itself, either. Mikey certainly lacks enthusiasm and motivation when it comes to almost everything in his life, be it advancing in school or a career path, or getting ahead at the institute - hell, he hardly even cares about social things like making or keeping friends, and he barely cares about spending time with family. To say he has no drive at all would be almost accurate, because there is, of course, one extra thing to consider.

Mikey loves doin' the dirty. Anyone. Anywhere. Anytime. Givin' it, takin' it, reciprocatin' it, you name it, Mikey lives for it. It's the only thing that gets him out of bed every morning - the possiblity that he just might get it. Because of this, he's a bit of a flirt, and can be surprisingly charismatic despite his otherwise complete lack of enthusiasm. 

No matter how bad the situation, if there's no sex involved and he's at least 51% positive he'll live through it, Mikey won't get involved or put in any effort, and this is why he cannot make it past his position as Cadet despite showing promise in mental prowess and physical capability.

Background: Born Marko Stärke, Mikey is the youngest child of the Stärke family and the only one to discard the name given by his father. Mikey was the second of the Stärke children to be adopted from the orphanage they shared, and was separated from his siblings until he was fifteen years old. During his time away from his family, the boy's records were completely wiped out of existence, and it was suddenly as if Marko Stärke never really existed at all. Michael Tatum emerged into the world in his place.

Mikey spent most of his youth with a gang known first as "The Riot Squad," and later simply as "RIOT" as one of their thirteen elite. The gang was the largest in New York, quickly gaining traction in everything from extortion, blackmail, and the drug trade, to human trafficking. Mikey was one of the most successful in the gang even as a child, and because of this he also became known in the criminal underground as a remorseless monster of a man - the truth, however, could not have been further from that. RIOT's practices were some Mikey never chose to participate in, instead being one of the only elite to use legitimate business practices to make his fortune.

After a couple of years serving as a RIOT elite, two years filled with controversy, bloodshed, and enough action to tear New York City apart, Mikey faded from the public eye and fell into life on his own. He ditched the business, the gangs, the warfare, the drugs, and just bought his own place out of the city to live alone and indulge in his desires. It was the life he'd always dreamed of, one with no responsibilities and no one to please but himself.

That life ended when the Starbound Initiative was formed.

With Gifted individuals from all over the planet being wrangled and thrown into an institute in Australia, a man so well-known as Michael Tatum was easily found and roped into this as well. He didn't find it, despite being taken away from the life he had come to love. It was just too much effort.

Skills and Weaknesses:
Meticulous: For one so lazy and uninspired, Mikey has an incredible attention to detail. By no means is his memory picture-perfect, but he makes sure to let nothing escape his notice if he can help it. Every gesture, inflection, tonal shift, and mannerism in general about a person is kept within his mind for future reference. The same can be said of how he adheres to planning - though that may not show too well in his execution...
Charismatic: Mikey is a fun-loving individual who does his best to just have a good time. He's someone who knows how to talk to others, and who knows how to get them talking to him. On top of his pheromone manipulation, this can be a very useful quality, especially when it comes to gathering intel.
Impartial: Mikey is an individual for whom attachments will never affect his decisions or judgment. He can remain impartial in essentially every endeavor, and it's served well for him so far.

Apathetic: Part of why he's so impartial is because Mikey just doesn't care at all. About anything. He can't be bothered to give a damn, no matter how dire the situation, and it's quite dangerous how little he actually cares about everything.
Lazy: Not just apathetic, Mikey also does, quite literally, nothing of his own volition besides sleep. To get up every day and get dressed and get work done, that sounds like a pain in the ass to him. There's only one thing that'll make him put any ounce of effort into trying, and that's a good ol' session of bumping uglies.
Deviant: If it ain't getting his pickle wet, or leading to some sort of action, Mikey wants nothing to do with it. Man or woman, young or old, it doesn't matter. Mikey wants one thing: a good fuck, and he's open about it.

Gifts:
The Sloth: Lvl 1. Mikey is a lazy individual by nature, but this is exponentially enhanced by his gift. He has the motivation to do almost nothing, and lacks the motivation to do everything else. His body is constantly at rest, but this is for one simple reason: it is storing energy for when he finally has to do something. Every four rounds where Mikey takes no offensive action, Mikey's physical stats are increased by one tier. Rate of growth is doubled when unconscious.
Comatose Healing Factor: Lvl 1. When unconscious, Mikey heals rapidly and any wounds he has sustained will be completely recovered by the time he wakes up. Because of this, however, he sleeps for incredibly long periods and is difficult to wake up. Cuts and bruises will heal in a couple of hours' time, but more intense wounds like missing limbs, severe burns and the like, will have him sleeping for days at a time. Waking him up will halt this recovery, but it will resume when he sleeps.
Pheromone Control: Lvl 1. As of now, Mikey has a very limited control over pheromones. At the moment, he can release pheromones that; entice others to find him more attractive or pleasurable; make others more susceptible to suggestion; or even slightly reinvigorate others. All pheromones only offer suggestion, and do not directly control players.
