Appearance: Quinn is a thin and lithe girl with a rather androgynous figure and choice of fashion. She is completely freckled, with darker, sun-kissed skin and short, curly hair she prefers to keep loose and free. Her eyes are the color of coffee, her glare is sharp as a knife, and her seeming lack of noticeably bright expressions gives her a rather tired and apathetic appearance. She dresses very casual and comfortable all the time-- doesn't own any nice clothing, and probably never will-- so she thrives in a very effortless and care-free look. Her wardrobe consists of a lot of what one might consider to be 'boyfriend-style' or 'ulzzang'-appearing clothing, but it's mostly accidental. She just prefers whatever's simple and easy. She prefers not to stress over things like fashion.
She has a number of scars scattered about her body but they're mostly disguised by her freckles. Some of them are regular skating accidents, some were from fights, but at this point, it's hard for her to distinguish which scars were caused by what.

Personality: Quinn is a rather cynical and bitter person, and seems to only find enjoyment in chaos. She's a very free-spirited person, and despises having her freedom restricted in any way, leading to rebellion if rules and regulations don't suit her. She mostly does what she wants, and appreciates people who will allow her to do whatever makes her happy. That being said, there's nothing she loves more than adventure. She'd do anything for the thrill of it, with little regard to her own safety. She has trouble understanding how anyone can so mindlessly obey what they are told, and is a strong advocate for letting people do what they please as long as it doesn't directly affect others.
Quinn enjoys discussing philosophy and loves reading novels on some of the darker-- yet more enlightening-- subjects on it. She isn't one to obsess over fictional universes and the like, so she isn't one for television, story-driven video games, or fictional novels, because she believes that instead of delving into the lives of others and experiencing secondhand adventure, that one should go out and seek adventure themselves and become the heroes of their own stories.
Despite her cynical and spiteful personality, she values the lives of everyone around her, and would sooner put herself in danger to protect others. If you get on her bad side though, she'll personally feed you to the wolves herself. She holds grudges, and doesn't rest until revenge is exacted onto anyone who she feels has wronged her. With that in mind, she's typically a rather chill person, and isn't prone to anger or excitement, but getting on her bad side may end up being a very regrettable choice.
Background: Quinn's past isn't one she likes talking about, despite how much she dwells on it. She slowly lost everyone in her family, a riches to rags story that left a 15 year old girl on the streets, alone. She ventured along the western coast of the U.S. in a travelling caravan of a dozen or so vagabonds and spiritual pilgrims, naming themselves 'The Artesian Spring'. Quinn traveled among them for almost two years, until she separated from them at the age of 17 to embark on her own journey. This journey would include exacting revenge upon someone she blames for ruining her life, but at the climax of her personal mission-- right before she'd find her target and achieve what she'd been dreaming of for nearly a decade-- she was scooped up and sent to Australia against her will, and found herself at the Astraeus Institute.
Confused, angry, and distraught, it may take a long time for the girl to adapt to living on the opposite corner of the world.
Skills and Weaknesses: + She can literally shift her direction of gravity in whichever way she pleases, making walking on ceilings and walls almost second nature to her. + Quinn is brave-- cocky, even-- and will tend to put herself in more dangerous situations in the place of others. She'd willingly take a bullet for someone if it came to that. + She's incredibly passionate if you can get her talking. She stands firmly by what she believes in and it takes a lot to change her mind on most subjects. This passion has been known to inspire others and her blunt manner of speaking gets points across efficiently and without delay-- making her an excellent motivational speaker and a persuasive debater, even in the circumstances where she makes up whatever she says as she goes along.
- She's very aloof and come across as cold at times, but that's mostly because she doesn't show a lot of expression unless she's lying or faking emotion. This makes her seem rather unapproachable and her intentions difficult to calculate. - Quinn is very spiteful. Get on her bad side, and she won't forget it. She could do something as petty as a prank, or could exact revenge in a rather cruel manner, but she always achieves what she interprets as being a sort of twisted justice. - She ignores rules. She doesn't play along with whatever people tell her to do, and she prefers to do her own thing, regardless of the consequences. If the rules don't suit her, she won't follow them.
