Personality:
Quite the old-fashioned woman, Anya treats most with kindness and empathy as long as they do not anger her. She is quite affectionate and soft towards those who have earned her trust, though always particularly careful to keep most at a safe distance. She believes that her purpose is to protect most from herself, even if it means distancing herself from those she aches for.

Her rage often blinds her, a trait that she has learned to loathe. She does not see the difference between friend and foe, and can only be brought out of this state by someone who has high emotional sway over her. Time can also give her solace from the adrenaline brought with her anger, and over time the woman has learned to slowly but surely remove herself from situations in which she could cause detrimental harm.

Background:
Anya Dawse did not always carry the name she is known by. Originally, the emerald eyed woman was born on the Romanian countryside underneath a dark grey sky. Her parents, known for their hot-headed nature and relentless rage, of course would name her in the same likeness they had been. Irate, a name meaning to be characterized by great anger, was to be the one she was judged by for years to come.

She was not born alone, though. Anya is the eldest of three, all born within minutes of each other. This, of course, brought the usual arguments and fights between siblings - the only difference being that each of their personalities carried the same wrath. By the time she grew old enough to put down her brother and sister, her arms had already been tainted with scars in the likeness of bite marks and round bullet-like shapes.

At the age of sixteen, her power began to emerge. A brawl between the children of her family ended in the partial blinding of her sister, at the hands of Anya and a metal bracelet she had unknowingly wielded into a knife. Word of the slavic girl spread like wildfire, and soon enough she was traveling to become a trial contestant for a rumoured Astraeus Institute.

Though she often can keep a decent distance from most, Anya is quite charming. A sarcastic, flirtatious, and welcoming kind of person, most can find themselves getting along with the woman.

Thanks to her relentless siblings, and the training given from the founders, her speed and flexibility are near unrivaled.

Experienced with fighting, especially against those under emotional responses, Anya has quite the knowledge of battle strategy. Mostly with weapons, she has a reputation for her smart decisions.

A trait that she herself loathes, Anya often can become enraged. Though mostly triggered by the mention of her downfall, or comparison to her immediately family, the woman can become explosive under the correct circumstances.
