Ulrich Göbel is relatively tall and has a thinner build for his height. While his body is toned, he is rather average in terms of muscle mass. His middle-upper back his laced with scars which resemble lash marks from a whip, and right in the middle of his shoulders where they meet his neck resides an eagle tattoo symbolizing his ideologies. He also has a swastika tattood around his belly button. Each shoulder carries the SS lightning-bolts. And over his heart is his family crest.

Personality:
Outwardly, it can he hard to get a read on this young man. He might present you with a wide pearly white smile, a handshake and warm words when you meet him. However, when you turn your back, it is likely Ulrich is thinking of where he wants to stab you in the back with the knife. Inwardly, he exhibits boarderline psychopathic tendencies, ehich on occasion will filter to the surface, however he has a pretty strong grasp on his emotional state and rarely lets it free.

Ulrich is extremely xenophobic and has a strong belief in the 'Aryan Master Race', due to the Göbel family's strong ties to Nazism. He believes he is far surpior to others and if it isn't directly spoken with words, it can be seen in the way he holds himself. He is akin to a wolf in sheep's clothing and takes much enjoyment in toying with people, their emotions and manipulating them whenever he sees an opportunity, before striking when the moment is right.

While he is good at holding back his emotions, he is certainly not at all an emotionless person. There are some things in this world, like his kin, that he cares about deeply. He also has a strong sense of family history and name. Despite that, he rarely displays any of the softer emotions toward people that aren't close to him. Even his anger is usally held at bay. And generally, he only cares about his emotions and only his. His sister is his soft spot. Ulrich's parents were strong believers that their blood-line remain potent and pure, growing up with these beliefs they had nudged their children to grow close, despite the taboo involved with such things.



Background:
The Göbel family has long since occupied the lands of Germany for a long time, their lineage supposidly stretching back countless years and they were involved in many political decisions made. They have ties to an off-shoot branch of the Thule Society, a secret society which formed after world war one. On top of that, it is believed that they had direct involvement with the Nazi party brought to power in Germany before World War two broke out. This family continued to thrive on even after the fall of the Adolf Hitler and his Third Reich, upholding the believes The Führer had openly instilled into germanic society.

The two newest heirs to the Göbel name would be born at the same time, twins both blessed with the lightest of hair. They would name the boy Ulrich and the girl Bellatrix. They would raise their children as they had before them, teaching them the same hateful ideologies that they learned. They were strict on their childen, sometimes even too strict. They were also big fans of corporal punishment and often physically and verbally abused their childen so that they could break their wills and enjoy they followed their teachings. In the process, both seemed to believe it all was entirely normal treatment.

As the two twins grew, they would begin to develope gifts and as the began to approach their teenage years, it seemed their parents already had plans set in stone for them. They belived in the 'Blood Declaration of Faith' in which they had to keep their bloodline pure. In doing so, their parents have pretty much forced them into commiting themselves to each other in order to ensure the future generations retained purity. Eventually after a few years, their gifts were discovered and they were 'offered' entrance into Astraeus Institute. Together the twins Göbel would depart German and find themselves in Australia.

Ulrich's power gives his body the ability to dynamically react to the abilities of others. These 'Evolutions' are temporary, lasting only until the end of a thread. He is only able to gain and maintain up to two 'evolutions' at once and they will shift, losing the first gained if struck by a third power type.

The more mature his power becomes, Ulrich's abilities would be able to adapt offensively, for now they are strictly defensive in nature. He must grt struck with an ability before his own can take effect.

For example, after a certain situation, the user's skin may become tougher. They may display increased IQ after a difficult test or fortified emotions after a personal argument. The user may be able to read different languages after moments of looking them up or be able to withstand a constant bombardment of radiation. Some users may develop Enhanced Speed after being shot, or grow Dermal Armor, or gain the opposite power of their opponent.

The user can project their spirit from their body and plant thoughts, ideas and suggestions into others' heads, making them think that it was their own thoughts. This can be done with a whisper and the victim does not physically hear anything but the thoughts will appear in their mind, believing this was their own.
