Gaia is shapely, toned and muscular. Her hair is dark blue and long, though usually pulled up into a wild pony-tail. She doesn't appear to have any major scars that are visible to the eye, while a few minor ones might dot her body. Her attire is usually simple, often times wearing athletic wear for comfortability. Occasionally she'll be seen wearing military fatigues. When it comes to her feet, its either boots or running shoes.

Personality:
Gaia often presents herself in an up-beat manner to others, though it usually comes off as forced. While she isn't lazy, there are times when she doesn't want to do anything. However, she is keen on upholding her obligations and dealing with her responsibilities. She is generally kind, though has her fair share of mood swings. She tries to treat others fairly, but isn't afraid to tell you hoe she really feels or sees things.

Background:
Gaia grew up in a small town on the eastern coast of the United States. She lived a relatively normal, quiet life in the suburbs of America with ger family. Her parents were happily married and apart from Gaia, they had two younger childen, another girl and one boy. Her early years had been happy ones, that was until her powers began to manifest.

Upon her arrival in Australia, Gaia worked hard. She proved herself to be a valuable asset was eventually offered the position of Captain, to command a squad of her own. She took it, though less out of want and more out of feeling obligated to do so by her surperiors. When the time came, she would buckle down.

Skills and Weaknesses:
- Well-rounded - Gaia is physically and mentally well-rounded. While her physical strength is slightly lacking in comparison to the rest of her traits, she remains capable in many positions on the battlefield.

- Athletic - Gaia loves sports and competition. She is almost always ready to partake in any physical acitvity thst helps keep her mind and body busy. There is a fierceness to her when it comes time to try and win anything. She doesn't even mind cheating to reach her goals.

- Jack-of-All-Trades, Master-of-Nothing - Gaia has a wide variety of practical skills she has learned over the tears, but isn't specifically great at any one thing aside from Sports. She can draw, she can sing, she can dance, she can steal, she can hide but nothing really stands out as impressive.

- Depression - Gaia has suffers from depression since she was a preteen, for reasons unknown to most. Generally, it is suffering done in silence. It can often get in the way of her thought process and effect her performance on a variety of levels.

- Self-destructive - Despite her potent abilities, she is often left at a disadvantage once she starts using them, due to the fact that she must destroy her own limbs to combat others. It goes beyond that, often in the form of her taking actions that will not work out for her, even when she knows it.

- Apathetic - While Gaia often wears a forced mask of up-beat positivity, in reality she general cares little about anyone or anything. She doesn't usually care if people get hurt by her actions or words. She also cares less about helping other people and more about helping herself.

Gifts:
Atomic Detonation - Gaia is able to detonate parts of her body, which harnesses atomic energy to output explosive results. The size of her explosions vary depending on the amount of her body that she sacrifices. Fingers and toes can create small focused explosions or cutting waves. A whole hand or foot could create a bigger, yet similar version of same attacks. This extends up to a full limb, growing more powerful if an entire limb is used. As a last resort, Gaia can cause her whole body to explode. As a side-note, the atomic energy she releases is NOT irradiated.

Self-Molecular Reconstruction - Gaia has a unique ability to rebuild and regrow her own body structure over time. If she blows off small segments, it could will take one full round for fingers/toes to regrow. The bigger the sacrifice, the longer it takes for her body to recover. In the event of total body sacrifice, so long as traces of her molecules exsist, Gaia is able to pull herself back together over a long period of time.

However, even though Gaia is able to completely deconstruct her body, she is capable of death due to injuries sustained by any other means and her body doesn't heal quicker, aside from her own sacrifices. However full-body detonation takes a toll on her over-all molecular system and each time it happens, degrades it. This means potentially, she could come back with missing limbs that are unable to be repaired.

Super-Human Balance - Gaia is incredibly capable of keeping her own body balanced, even under harsh conditions that would normally topple your average person. Be it her arms or legs, she is able to keep balance even in awkward positions, which makes it hard for her to be knocked over. If she does become unbalanced, she is able to correct and recover quickly.
