Weight and Height: 6'0"/165 lbs
Appearance: A young man above the average height, Felix was an American born dropout after being shipped off to Australia. He's almost always commonly seen wearing stylish clothes, with an emphasis on being casual-yet-still-respectable. He has wild long, blue hair and piercing red eyes that give off an intimidating vibe. Most often compared to that of a wild animal, he was often regarded as somewhat handsome; if only his personality wasn't so hostile and rough around the edges.
Occupation: Angry Trainer
Personality: You can sum up the guy pretty easily - Anyone worth their salt sticks up for what they believe is right. Felix is a guy who enjoys living a life aware of his surroundings, living in a world of clear and verifiable facts - this guarantee of knowledge often means that even against heavy resistance he can often stick to his principles and push doubt and fear aside. He's not all empty talk either, since he's always willing to dive head first into anything he might not even know, or something that might be overly challenging- always willing and wanting to improve himself while sorting the details out on the way.
He's not all sunshine and cooperation, though. If people aren't meeting his expectations of them he'll often dismiss them as incompetent or lazy- sometimes even as dishonest people. With these unfortunate souls, he does little else than rain his own brand of anger down on top of them without mercy. This often gets him branded as a stick in the mud despite how flexible he can actually be, because his expectations are typically far and above 'normal'.
Felix enjoys creating order the only way he knows how; with force. He thrives by diving into chaos and tackling the unpredictable, constantly striving to sort out what does and doesn't make sense in his own way while satisfying his constant need to throw fists on a regular basis. He considers it a very healthy thing to have some sort of opposition - and its all the better if they're a loyal one. People looking for a rival, or a sparring partner will always be welcomed in his world.
By all means, he's actually a very rational person. The downside is that subtlety and emotional tact are completely thrown out the window, creating a very uncomfortably direct approach for most people that deal with him. This very obviously bleeds into his social skills, where he's absolutely atrocious at reading the emotional side of other people.
This limits the way he maintains his real friendships though, since he usually only truly opens up to people similar to himself. Those that don't respect his traditions or beliefs are often seen as lesser people in his eyes - making him a terribly stubborn person that has a hard time trying to find enough common ground with other people who constantly disagree with him. All in all - saying he's the height of hubris might be an understatement.
Background: American born, the first half of Felix's life was relatively boring. He attended school normally and behaved normally until he transferred to a school somewhere in the eastern part of the states that was unanimously recognized as being full of problem children. So much so that they inevitably went out of business and were bought out to be renovated and re-institutionalize the other problem children into better places where they could be properly cared for. Unlike the other students; however, Felix found himself out on the streets after trying and failing to maintain a semblance of order in his life.
With no where else to go and only having a particularly useless skill set, he ended up putting up at a local bar in a shabby attic that was paid for in blood and sweat. Beneath the nights neon glow he fought in an unsanctioned ring for a number of years, where he constantly had to fight tooth and nail for his lively hood. Though no one would have guessed it, boxing was in his blood - and he proved himself to be an above average fighter even among the older participants. A small ring like that was far too small for a talent like that however, and rumors quickly began to spread about him through the grapevine.
A fighter as wild as a feral wolf, with the bark and bite to rake in an exorbitant amount of cash compared to their washed up drunks that filled most of the roster. With potential like that any trainer would be watering at the mouth, so it was no surprise that scouts began to come under the cover of night to try and get their piece of him. Felix himself was uninterested in any and all of the deals that were brought to the table; however, and it wasn't until the Initiative approached him personally that he even considered an offer.
To come to Melbourne, to an Institute that harbored other talented people like him all under one roof in order to hone their skills and ascend to the very stars. While he didn't much understand the 'to the stars' part, he realized it was a great substitute for the shit he'd been putting up with until then. He needn't deal with annoying scouts and coaches that he could put into the hospital if he so chose, and he would have a much better living arrangement than the shitty attic he currently had. There was only one thing left for him to do- Test the waters.
Yeah, rather than an obedient or normal person- Felix picked a fight with the very people who'd come to recruit him. It didn't last very long, which was exactly why his response came even quicker than his loss had: He'd be going to Melbourne, Australia to see exactly what the fuss was all about.
